Reaching its ultimate height of up to 4 metres in a span of 20 to 50 years, Ilex golden king is an impressive tree to cherish and enjoy for a lifetime. The shrub boasts dark evergreen foliage all year round that’s embellished with a golden yellow trim. If you’re particularly lucky, sometimes fully golden leaves bloom like a prized piece of treasure. Small delicate white flowers flourish in spring which are followed by reddish brown berries budding in the autumn.
