Enjoy repeat flushes of outstanding purple flowers with this real game-changer of a hardy Geranium.
Geranium varieties that are hardy in nature to withstand whatever winter conditions thrown at them are always popular in British gardens, and ‘Cloud Nine’ certainly does not disappoint!
Finely dissected mounded foliage with green lobed leaves appears from the spring, before the headline double flowers, with gently ruffled, pale-purple petals, open from buds to welcome summer, through to June.
A second show of blooms will then emerge towards the tail end of summer, before fading when autumn descends.
What’s more, the flowers are particularly nectar-rich, so will attract pollinators to the garden, including bees - this variety has even been labelled as a 'Plant for Pollinators' by the RHS.
With a good resistant to disease and a vigorous growth habit, ‘Cloud Nine’ is a perfect candidate for filling formal borders, even getting into those pesky gaps.
Supplied as an established plant in a 9cm pot, ready for planting.
