Also known as Musa acuminata, these plants produce decorative foliage with healthy, glossy, and paddle-like green leaves that grow in an elegant manner.

With some time, the leaves grow long and tall and become evergreen, to remain impressive and full of colour, regardless of the seasonal conditions battering the window, while there is also a chance that small clusters of tubular flowers will grow.

A Banana Plant is a superb option for planting throughout the home to introduce a splash of nature inside, particularly well suited to a conservatory.

These plants can even be moved outside to boost growth from May to September, if there is no risk of frost, but be sure to move back inside throughout winter, between October and April, for much-needed protection.
