Divine and notably glossy brown leaves emerge so dark, you would think they are black! This evergreen shrub soon becomes coated in rich leaves edged in a dazzling shade of pink that cuts through the darkness with ease and looks impressive regardless of the month.

This light to dark contrast is truly striking and is sure to be a talking point amongst your garden’s guests.

Also known as the ‘Looking Glass Plant’, as you can almost see yourself  in the deep, dark leaves. The foliage makes an idyllic backdrop for summertime scatterings of dainty white flowers, for even more colour variation.
